Computer Society of India (CSI) Communications is the oldest computer science magazine in India, having been published since 1974. The Sir Sunderlal Hospital of Banaras Hindu University is all set to go hitech with introdution of Management and Information System (HMIS). The vice-chancellor Lalji Singh will inaugurate the HMIS on the occasion of Hospital Day on July 5. to BHU spokesperson, with the introduction of HMIS all the information related to patient investigation would be computerised. After getting registered the patient will receive an unique identification number along with an identification card, which will help in treatment. It is an initiative to make the hospital patient friendly. Besides, the renovated casualty and Gastroenterology OPD with all modern health care facilities will also he inaugurated on the occasion.
